Basically when the centralized AA/vm redirects a call to my remote node and that extension is hard cfw to the PSTN the CLID shows the AA agnt DN vs the CLID table info setup for the node. I think I have changed everything with no luck so far. This particular site the telco allows my CLID. The trunks are PRA (DID in/out) svc rt xx for outgoing.

My CLID info is good (clidver) and it compares correctly with another site. However when performing a msgi/msgo on the node in question the msgi/msgo says the call is a CDP from AA agent extension. The msgi is correct but the msgo from the extension which has been call forwarded to the PSTN does not provide 10 digit CLID table info. These call are going to be blocked by the telco shortly. (CRTC). I need to get the CLID info sent to the PSTN if an extension is CFW'd. Do I need to have my telco block or send my CLID vs my PBX node CLID table ?

As always any suggestions would be appreciated

Tech Support Solution
Implement a "flexible CLID table" (CMDB). The CMDB is a rules based table and is accessed if the CNTL setting in the RLB is identified. Solved the issue of external 4 digit (CDP) calls from any external site being sent out the node (via a cfw phone) vs the CLID number desired.(xxx-yyy-zzzz)
