GroupWise API Gateway

How do I get the "Requried Parameters" page to appear on the properties sheet of the GroupWise 4.1 API gateway? I'm running both GroupWise 5.5 and 6.0 and I can't see the Required Parameters page on the properties sheet of the API gateway in either system.

Please help!
