Groupshield isn't updating

Hey,

Whe have Lotus Domino with McAfee groupshield and McAfee spamkiller. But the groupshields auto-update doesn't work!
The log only say's: Auto-Update Failure.

Manual update's works just fine, but I don't want to do this every day. Any suggestions how to solve my problem?
