How are they connected , if you mean 3 groups via an external pagin system , you can busy and release them via admin and status to see if they are avaible.
They are connected to our Avaya conference system. We found that a couple of stations didn't clear down after they were paged and the call finished. we tracked these to the tie trunk and busy/released the individual channels.
Busy and release didn't work for the reason above.
A long winded process but appeared to be the only way to free them up.
