greyed out smart veiwer problem!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys;
I running Crystal report 8.0 in Windows 2000 .

I am trying to run a crystal report containing a sub report on the crystal automation server . The smartViewerActiveX comes up greyed out without report though it seems like its loading it.

I am using IE6

IF I use netscape version 4.61 with the smartViewerJava it works fine.

But I need this to work in IE.

Doe any one have any idea's

Hmmm, did you try to uninstall and reinstall the Active-X viewer?
