PDF files on file sharing server are coded with green file names and the attributes AE. If you try to open the files, Acrobat Reader says "There was a problem opening this document. Access denied."
Proper permissions are set, so thats not the issue. We know which user's workstation accessed these files causing them to appear with green text and AE attributes. problem is that this workstation has been completely reformatted. Any way to regain access to these files?
