I'm in the process of testing my upgrade to GP 10.
The upgrade itself seemed to work, but I'm more interested in the installation package you can create to make it easier to install on client PCs.
I gave the installation path as new path - so they could run GP9 and GP10 at the same time (until I verified my upgrade process works and I can do an actual upgrade).
So I test the installation package and it says that "When upgrading, the installation target directory must match."
I'm not upgrading - not yet. I want a clean install, but apparently because GP9 is installed it assumes its an upgrade and I can't do a new installation.
Is there a way around this - other than going to each PC with the disk and choosing all the modules each and every time?
Thanks.
