got blue screen

got blue screen today on our main domain controller - Windows 2003 server.

Event ID: 1003 Source: System error; Category: (102). error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 8093c749, parameter3 f3046508, parameter4 00000000

What is the cause? What do all those numbers mean? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
