Gigaset N510 SIP 403 Forbidden 3

Has anyone got a Gigaset N510 working with IP office? I have a 3rd party endpoint licence and get the following. Reading other threads I see that a 403 error is normally a problem with username/password but I'm almost certain I've got that right

Did you set it up in to the Gigaset basestation?
I do not know this one but i have connected the 500 and i needed to setup the accounts in the basestation (not one but all 6 in this case)

On SIP extensions the username required is usually the extn number not the actual user name :)

Authentication name is the name of the user.
Username is the extension number.

Domain name, register and proxy is IPaddress of the IPO.

Delete the user in the IPO and be sure that auto create user and extension is turned on for sip users.
Then let the Gigaset create it by trying to register.

SSA will also show an error that it's the wrong username/password if that's the reason it is failing :)

Authentication name is the same as the name you would use for Phone Manager

Username = Extn
Password = password you would use for phone manager too.

On the users base Extn there is a tick box, that says "Force Authorisation" try and toggle the state and see if that helps.

OK thanks - tried that and the extension was created I guess following the 401 error below and then on the second attempt after (I am guessing) the extension has been created there is a 403 error again.

It would make it seem like a licensing issue - the licence I have which system status shows as unused is "3rd Party IP Endpoints". Have I got the wrong licence?

Just un-checked the "Force Authorisation" and it seems to have registered now.
