get URL - new window

Y'know how you can use the "get URL" command to open a new window to load up a new page in a seperate window?! Well can you do it so that you can get rid of the address bar, navigation buttons etc. I can do it in a normal webpage using a bit of JavaScript so you just get a simple pop-up (like the pop-up ads you get on some sites) but can figure out how to do the same thing in Flash! Any help greatly appreciated! )
