I am able to setup lookup tables on a new table but when I try to modify the lookup tables on a table previously setup I get the following error: "Unexpected General Protection Violation", anyone have an idea on how I can modify the lookup tables.

I'm suspecting that you have a problem with one of the tables.

I'd start by running "Tools -> Table Repair" on the tables to make sure there are no errors on the tables.

Before you modify the lookup table also be certain that all other open windows with forms or other objects referencing that table are closed... especially if they are in "Edit Mode" (F9)
