FP 2000, Background Pic (No Showing), using a Theme

Hello,

I am experimenting with FP2000. I am using a Theme for the basic style. I went into the Theme, modify and added a Background picture but the background picture is not being displayed in FP 2000, Preview, or after published. I notice if I change the Background color, the color change is reflected, but adding or changing the background picture in the theme has not effect.

Does any one have any suggestion why or where I might look to resolve this issue?
