Formula for Counting

I am new to Crystal and would like to count the number of BKs, PKs, and DDs in my report. It is grouped by employee and activity_code (BK, PK, DD).

The simplest option is probably inserting a CrossTab.

If this doesn't work for you, please explain why and provide more detail.

That worked perfectly since I needed each employee's count for the day and the overall total, thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!
