We have 3 servers. Development, staging, and production.

I created a form. I have it submitting the results to a .csv file using Frontpages web bots. I have read and write permissions set up on the directory where the .csv file is. The .csv file is in the same directory as the form.

Whenever I save the form on the Development server it writes the .csv file to the server. I publish to the staging server. Then I publish to the production server. The problem is that when I publish the .csv file on the production server gets overwritten with a blank .csv file so any results that were saved on the production server are gone.

So for a work around I make sure and delete the .csv file off of development and staging so that it dosen't overwrite the file that is on production. Or when FrontPage prompts me and says do you want to overwrite the file I say no.

This is a pain in the butt. Is there another way to write results to a .csv file? I have accidently overwritten my results a few times.
