Force Excel Page size?

A coworker has some software the automates printing of outlook attachments to PDF. The problem is that they need all excel files to print to legal paper sized pdfs (8.5x14). But the software prints whatever size the file is already set to.

Is there a way to force the paper size of a file when opening excel? So that every file that is opened is set to legal (or any paper) size?
