I'm using a template from template monster that displays the text on the buttons. If I preview the template exactly the way I downloaded it, there is no text on the buttons. If I make any changes to the text, there is no text on the buttons when I preview it. I have tried previewing it in both Flash and HTML. But the text appears perfectly when in Flash. What do I need to do differently?

When I opened the template in Flash it said it needed to either substitute or use default fonts. I have tried each option with the same results. How would I embedd?

Flash templates are usually very poorly coded...

That said, you should substitute the fonts used in the template (which you obviously don't have installled on your system...) with your own (changing them in all textfields), and most probably you'll need to embed them...

Hit the Embed tab in the textfield's properties (after substituting your own font...) and embed at least
the Basic Latin glyphs and/or Punctuation, if using any of those characters.
