I have a client that wants a simple solution rather then a CCR tree. I think I have made it too complicated.
I have assigned mail box 100 to extension 240, 221 has mail box 221.
I have recorded a greeting for all times of the day on GRTNG #1 and on Path "0" I have instructed the caller to press "1" if they wish to leave a message. By pressing "1" the caller is then Xfrd to extension 240 which has a CFNA to mail box 100 after 2 rings.
This works right up to the point of transferring to mail box 100, Silicon Sally comes on and says something to the affect that "this mail box can not take a message..." and then goes right back to the announcement on Path "0".
I just want the call to be answered after 4 rings and then sent directly to the GDMB, all messages will be retrieved by the main receptionist and dispersed to the sales team from there.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Forget about CCR in your case.
Record something in Table AA Menu prompt
Greeting 1 = Thank you for calling ABC
Greeting 2 = Thank you for calling ABC we are now closed
AA Menu Prompt = say what you want as the rest of the greeting

No such thing as CFNA to mailbox 100
CFNA to vmails DN (Feature 985 to see)
