Does anyone have a recommendation for a easy tool kit for fiber optic splicing and termination for someone who is fairly new at using fiber optic but 40 years experience with low voltage wiring

Looks like there are lots of kits out there but I thought I'd check and see if anyone has a recommendation for a good kits.

I'd like to be able to handle new terminations and repairs in the field for single mode and multimode.

One of the $800-$1000 fusion splicers on Amazon are great. The AI-9 may be the current model.
Some have a combo stripper that I'm not so sure is a good idea.
Other items to get:
99% alcohol and wipes
Heat shrink tubes with reinforcement
Various fiber pigtails for practice

The title of the topic had me doing a doubletake. "Fios" is the name of Verizon Communication's fiber to premise offering for residential and small business customers.
