Finger command

Please advise how I can find the last time a user was fingered? The finger command finds out info about a user and apparently the [tt].plan[/tt] is accessed in the home directory. I dont see any [tt].plan[/tt] in my home directory.

Please just give me direction on this so I can write my script. Thanks.
