filter on empty field

I am NEW to ACT2009 user,formerly Goldmine8.03, and struggling with:

1.How to make a "filter/group" showing and then deleting Contacts which are EMPTY.(I Imported a thousand with wrong
data/empty contact fields but only with tel/fax etc.

2.How to delete all or part of the company/contacts and
save the screen outlook with all the fields I added myself.

3. is there a kind of "Goldbox" tools i.e. a general toolbox
to manipulate/move/replace etc etc, I see only such things to do this per ONE field ,not as for say 5 fields in one go.

Backup First

1. Lookup | Contact
Set the middle selector to "Does Not Contact data"
Contacts | Delete | Current Lookup

2. Not sure what you're trying to delete

3. Not sure what you need... maybe if you define the function?
