Fax Modem cuts off

When you send a fax it answers but then disconnects, any ideas? below is the log:

The fax modem attempted to answer, but had not estabished carrier in more than 1 minute. At that point it simply hung up.

But that being said, it appears to be answering in data mode, not fax mode. In order to act as a fax, it needs to issue the command:

AT+FCLASS=<1, 2 or 2.0><cr>

I don't see anywhere in your log that it is configuring fax mode. Normally it would happen toward the end of the initialization strings, or directly before the ATA<cr>.
