Failed the malloc for pNewSessionBlk on CS1000

Hi all,
since yesterday, our IP Phones (Avaya 1220 and 1210) are having problems if restarted, the phone get he IP address, confirm the TN information but after that the screen go blank.

When I try to login to the CS1000 using cslogin, I get this message:

SRPT254 Failed the malloc for pNewSessionBlk. errno(0) OK

then when I insert the password for the user I get this:

SRPT4619 WARNING: Last Archive Procedure had failed
No archives were completed since Feb 14 00:01:00 2015

If try t login via the Web interface, I get the error attached. It seems to me there's some disk or flash full, how can I resolve this?
