External Transfer and CallForward 1

I have two questions

1)Is there a way to block callforward calls to cell phones?
2)Is there a way to block external call transfer? We have users who are using there authcodes to transfer calls externally.

1. Yes deny the cell phone NXX's in BARS.
2. CLS CFXD and KEY CFW 4 on the set it self.

CLS CFXD turns off Call forward extenal.
KEY CFW 4 limits the amount of forwarding digits to 4.

Currently we are not using BARS. I know how to block numbers using BARS.

I just tried the external call forward. Thanks that works.

In order for someone to make a call they dial

116 (pin) 9 and they get a trunk.

What is happening now is that a user can transfer a call by hitting the transfer key on their i2002 and then use their pin to complete the call transfer. Can this be blocked?
