Customer wants an overhead speaker connected to a 2410 so department can listen to vmail messages as a group. Is there a better solution than connecting an amplified speaker directly to the 2410's speaker?

Will they accept exporting the vm messages as .wav files and allowing everyone to listen to the files locally on their own pc's?

This is on a production floor. Employees do not have typical workstations (broadcast msg would work for that). They want the employees to huddle around the phone and listen to a message from one of the VP's. This will be a regular event too.
