External forward in IVR 3

I call the number, it goes to IVR, option 5 goes to an extension and from it I want to divert to an external number, but it doesn't work, it just doesn't work through IVR. It gives this WARNING message on the monitor, but the options mentioned are disabled.

What IVR?

I'm assuming that "it just doesn't work through IVR" means it works it you call extension 204 from an external number that isn't routed through the IVR.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Eu precisei desabilitar a opção de inibir transferência para fora da central pelo sistema, falha minha não ter olhado, agora está funcionando.

@sizbut por fora da IVR funcionava, porque seguia as configurações de telefonia do ramal e não do sistema.
