Extension keeps ringing

Hi,

I have problem where an extension keeps
ringing ("Extension Busy&quot. The extension
is using digital line (ELU28) I have tried to erase
using Fiol but failed. Even i have tried to restart
the card using command RFBOI is still failed.
Is there any possibility solution to overcome this problem.

restart unit klp1t1 (bc9 and lower) or klp1t (bc10 or higher) in the lim where the extension is programmed.
beware this will cut off all digital phone-calls

Just a thought is it continious ringing. or is it geting calls and nobody on them in which case is the voice mail calling, try a call trace to check origin.

at phone that keeps ringing, its appeared on the display
the caller's ID, when the receiver tried to answer
(pickup) he can only hear receiving dial tone keeps ringing. he couldn't cancel the call
