Extension High Pitch Frequency, 2

Hi, We have an Extension that has a High pitch frequency, We have tried different Handsets on the same phone point and they all give out the same high pitch noise. Its only on this one Phone point that this happens. We tend to reboot the system and that fixes it Tempoarlay but we would like to know if there is way to fix it Permenantly.

What firmware?

Dialing *00 from that handset will fix temporarily without the need to reboot the whole system.

Upgrade out of it, you may also find dialling *00 gets rid of the noise instead of rebooting
