Exporting from Enterprise to *.doc format

I am exporting a report from CE to other formats. It works fine when i am exporting to *.rtf and *.pdf but i get the error "The export format 'u2fwordw.dll' is not supported ..."

The thing is if there are no images in the report then the export works fine, so the dll seems to be registered fine.

Hass anyone had this problem b4? and if so could you let me know the remedy.

Did you get an answer to this? We get a similar error no matter what format we try to export to...

Check/Apply the monthly hot patches, they tend to address export concerns regularly.

We have also the same experience with any export format. Crystal support hasn't been able to provide a solution for the problem. I've installed all latest patches with no luck.
Please let me know if you managed to fix this somehow.
