export to excel ( data only ) with subreport

Hi,
I have a primary report with two subreport, and the question is when I export the main report to excel ( data only ) there is no data in the excel file, but when I just export the subreport to excel ( data only ), the excel file shows all data correctly. Does anybody know a solution can resolve this problem? Thanks.
