Expected Wait Time

Hello

I have been trying to set up oneof our scripts to inform customers of expected wait time.

I ahve got this far:

ASSIGN EXPECTED WAIT TIME Test2_ss TO Expected_Wait_cv

WHERE Expected_Wait_cv EQUALS

VALUE 30..60: OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT EWT_1_Min_vs
END VOICE SESSION

VALUE 61..120: OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT EWT_2_Min_vs
END VOICE SESSION

VALUE 121..180: OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT EWT_3_Min_vs
END VOICE SESSION


DEFAULT: OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT Default_mess_vs
END VOICE SESSION
END WHERE

However the only message which seems to be played is the default message and if i take that out nothing is played!

Am I doing something wrong....Im baffled!

Please help
 
I suggest to setup a test script with the follow code,

ASSIGN EXPECTED WAIT TIME Test2_ss TO Expected_Wait_cv

WHERE Expected_Wait_cv EQUALS

VALUE 30..60: OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT EWT_1_Min_vs
END VOICE SESSION
WAIT 2

END WHERE

Use this until you get the announcement to play,

Also test that your announcements are working,

OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT EWT_1_Min_vs
END VOICE SESSION

Just another quick question...what attributes should the Expected_Wait_cv call variable have?

I thought expected wait time was a "seconds" value. Why would you need to use integer?
