Expansion Module Disabled - Unlicensed

Hello,

I need to know what part number I am missing, i have 2 expansion modules which dont't work.
Once I check my system monitor it says "Expansion Module Disabled - Unlicensed"

What is the part or the license I am missing.

Depending how old the system is.... could be a pre R5 system missing the upgrade to Pro licence (which doesn't exist anymore) , or a new system upgraded with a small site licence

The system is new IP office 500 v2

Is the system running essential or Basic? What shows in the "Licences" section?

These are the licenses I have in my system Status.

The Small Site Upgrade License don't allow expansion modules and are limited to 32 users.

If you have a new system, why do you have an upgrade license?
