Executive/Assistant Internal/External Forward

Have an executive/assistant setup here that requires all calls that the exec doesn't answer to go to their assistant and then return to the exec's voicemail if the assistant does not answer. The exec # is a DID and this has to be setup where this will happen for all calls internal or external . I have had success in doing this for external calls and for internal calls, but not both with the same setup. Any ideas or insight?
This works for internal:
FDN - 7666
HUNT - 6776
This works for external:
FDN - 6776
HUNT - 7666

don't look like you have cfta in class, call forward by type see's the two (int/ext) as different. doesn't sound like you need it. if you fdn and hunt to the assistant, the hunt and fdn that tn to mail with sfa, it will work per your discription.. all calls int/ext will go to the assistant then mail

Check to see if CLS SFA is on assistant's phone. SFA is Second Forward Allowed.

All worked fine when fdn & hunt were set to the assistant's ext.
