Excel Logic: if, then, or, formula

lasp of reason. trying to write a formula that is a basic if, then but it has three logic parts i.e.

=> a, but less then c = d or
> c = e or
> f < a = g

basically three theories:
1.surpass an establish goal by > than 5% = % of incentive
2. surpass an establish goal = % of incentive
3. with 2% of establish goal = % of incentive

suggestions...

any help, would be great!

Here ya go:

=if(cell>=value+5%,incentive1,if(cell>=value,incentive2,if(cell>=value-2%,incentive3,noincentive)

I think that's it.
