Hi,

Every time I create a new form textbox (using the Control Toolbox) in my Excel spreadsheet, it automatically resizes itself to just four dots instead of being the size that I want!

Does anyone have any ideas as to what is happening? is this a bug!

I am using Excel 2003 (with SP2 installed)

Thanx in advance

Please describe the steps your are doing to generate the textbox.

Cheers, Glenn.

you are dragging it to the size you want initially aren;t you?

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

Please read FAQ222-2244 before you ask a question

Yes, I'm dragging it to the size that I need, I then release the mouse button and it resizes itself to just four dots in the original top-left corner starting corner.

This is really weird!
