Excel: Copy entire row 1571, pastespecial/formulas to current row

How do I copy the contents of the entire row 1571 in an excel spreadsheet and pastespecial / formulas to the current row? I would like to assign this macro to a button ( I know how to do this).

I have tried using the macro recorder but seems to only allow me to paste to the row selected at the time of recording. I would like to place the cursor on a row and then have the macro copy the contents of the entire 1571 row and paste them to the selected row.

Merged cells in some columns cross the current row.
