Excel Active X Component - Microsoft Office Web Comp. 9.0

I am using the Excel web control in a Visual Basic project and what I want to achieve is a limited spreadsheet.

I want to have a 5 x 5 spreadsheet that does not allow the user to move outside those bounds but I can't seem to figure out how to do this w/this control.

Any help is much appreciated!
