How do you use event manager to run and send a crystal report?

Step 1 is to add the crystal report to the Event manager's list of reports. Step 2 is to schedule it as an event. This is very straight forward, I suggest that you try it, then if you have a specific issue, post back a specific question.

Thanks. I'll try this. Now, if on the report are parameters that need to be input, such as invocie dates, how will it know what to choose?

You must know what dates you want to run the report and build this into your code. For example, lets assume you want a daily report for yesterday's sales. You should have no paramaters at all in your report and have a record selection formula as follows:

Numbertodate({OEHDEHST_SQL.Inv_dt}) = datadd("d",-1,CurrentDate)
