Hi again.
I have problems with this thing.

Normally the € symbol is a ctrl+128 or ctrl+alt+e combination.
When I do this in foxpro and I want to insert it in afield in a dbf file, the symbol keeps changing to ç instead of the € symbol.
The € symbol comes on the screen, but when I leave the field it changes in ç.
I use win98se.

Has anyone an idea??

Tnx in advance

Is your grid or browse using a font that supports the euro symbol? That's the first step.

Yellowke,

I had the same problem.
Check your codepage. It should be 1252 instead of 437 or 850.

For example. You have a table with the ç symbol.
You can change the codepage with the commands

USE TABLE
COPY TO TABLE2 AS 1252

Now TABLE2 shows the € symbol.

Good luck

HI

In the keyboard press
ALT+0128
i.e. Keep pressing ALtKey and then 0,1,2,8 in a series of key strokes and release the Alt Key.
