Estimation techniques

Hi All,

I want to know how to estimate effort and cost based on SRS for an asp.net 3 tier application with SQL Server as the database. Please let me know if there are any online tutorials, examples or case studies available.
In case of effort estimation i want to learn all the techniques(WBS, FPA, WideBand Delphi)and assumptions required for the estimations etc.
