The SDS Distribution Errors log, is it viewable via secure shell?
3300 CX2, 11.0.0.102.
The controller is functional in the sense that calls are being placed over the embedded PRI and is clustered to 3 other sites. One of those being vMCD at the customers data center. Each site is configured for resiliency with the vMCD. The web based ESM of the local gateway is unresponsive and 'i WebServer' comes back with this:
NAME ENTRY TID PRI STATUS PC SP ERRNO DELAY
---------- ------------ -------- --- ---------- -------- -------- ------- -----
WebServer websvxmain__ 40ce1c0 160 PEND 1be0428 4c6b920 3d0004 0
value = 0 = 0x0
Every 12-24 hours the local gateway is manually rebooted due to complete system lockup. Although the ESM GUI is accessible for a few minutes after rebooting.
The software logs are filled with this:
Log Type Severity Source Description
Software Error SDSDL CUDM_ProgUtil::deserializeMessageBuffer - sscanf failed (byteIndex= 111) (result 1610612736)
This is happening at only one of the sites. I can reboot the gateway after hours, but I would rather get the information without the power cycle.
Any thoughts? Any questions?
