Error on CUEAC

Hello All,

I have Attendant Console CUEAC (Win 2003) with 3 Telephone Operators.
This is happening very frequently these days:

At times, I am being informed by them that the number to reach them is unavailable. I checked but didnt see anything going wrong.

I proceeded with restarting the CUEAC. After reboot, it went fine.

Previously used to be happening once in a month, then once weekly. Yesterday it happened, and today also.

Where to check whether any issues happening plse.

what version of cueac and cucm?
during the outage are the cti route ports for CUEAC registered?
What are the symptoms during the outage? Busy signal, ring no answer, etc.

My CUCM version is 7.1.5.30000-1
Am off for the weekend here, so I dont have the CUEAC version now. I believe its Attendant Console admin 3.x . will confirm on monday.

I havent checked the status of the CTI Route Ports during the outage, but calls are ringing as busy.

You need to check that first and foremost next time. That will tell you what's failing, then look into the reason. Not much we can help until you know whats failing though.
 
Ok, I will check this one, on the next occurrence, and revive back this thread..
