Error: mailbox number is outside the valid range for the machine

I am adding an office. The extensions fit the dial plan in the phone system but when I try to add a voice mailbox I get this message. We use 6 digits and the size configuration is all I can find in MM, not a range. Does anyone know where there would be?

Did some more searching with different keywords and found a thread with the explanation

It is under managed Network machines but you have to select the machine and edit to see the fields.
