Hi all,
Trying to install SP4 on our Commcell. It fails pretty much straight away, telling me it can't install "update 40". If I look in the UpdateInfo.log, it says:

01/20/08 20:42:24: Failed to install update [0040], ServicePack [SP4] partially installed, check the UpdateInfo.log file in the Log Files directory for details
I've tried replacing the dbjobmgr.dll mentioned with the one in the service pack, but the error still occurs. Even if I completely delete the dll and try to run the SP install, it still throws the same error. Any ideas how I can force the SP install to stop checking and getting things wrong, or fix the problem?
