Hi all.
I have meridian succesion 4.5w, the problem is that a have a alarm about one error, is it err4057

err4057 7105 7000

when 7000, is one acd.and 7105 is anexo

i writed aboub it, and delete the 7105.

Please, someone can help me about it.

Hi,

if you set during configuration of the ACD the prompt MWC to YES, this error message will disapear.

That error indicates that a set is forwarded to an ACD number which isn't a message center. Go into the ACD programming in LD 23 and change the ACD number MWC prompt to YES.

and make sure your mail does not try to light a lamp on an acd set..
