I have issue with connecting Equinox to IP office via SBC using TCP connection,registration is successful but the error pop-up on the application " Voip phone service is currently available with limited service. Please contact your support team if the problem persist"
Tried using the TLS connection, after the successfull registation was getting "contact service unavailable".
Kindly let me know if there is any solution to resolve the above issue.
