I've been living with this problem forever, but I figure I'm not the only one, so maybe one of you have a solution...

I would <LOVE> to be able to generate a report using the major Directories off of my root of ePO. (I have a server directory, and then different directories for different lines of business) Each of these directories have subdirectories, usually for geographical reasons. When I try to create a report for one of these main directories, it comes back empty because all the agents are actually in the lower subdirectories.

The only workaround I have found is to filter the ePO database, but then that only lets me see ONE main directory, plus its a pain to keep changing.

Anyone have any luck creating custom reports that would do what I want? Or have any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I guess my terminology isn't quite right - basically I want to report by 'sites' and have a nice big report that summarizes the whole ePO structure by site...

That would be nice, my boss asked if we could do that, I said it wasn't possible with EPO now, but I might check with some of the crystal reports guys and see if they can't write me (us) a custom report.

I think it uses crystal right?

Doh!!

I think if you made a Site Reviewer for each of your sites, you will only be able to see the reports for just that one site and not the entire structure.
