Enable/Disable Media Streaming?

How do I disable this to allow folks to save/copy messages?

"If your administrator has enabled "Media Streaming", the Body of the message displays each voice messages using a gray telephone icon. You will not be able to copy or save these messages"

I think I saw this as an option when installing the new LTC - but can't find it now.

You must have loaded the secure client and i think you must install the one that allows this.

Got it - During the installation of the LTC there is a section that asks, Enable Media Streaming, Enable Folders.

This is where we would enable media streaming. If we choose to enable folders as well, we can add a folder, move our voice message from the MSS to the folder, then we have the ability to save, copy, etc... If we don't check Enable Media Streaming, we have the save, copy, etc... features from the original message.
