Embedded voicemail DTMF issues

I have an IP Office 9.0 with embedded voicemail. When I try to record the greetings by pressing *8401 it will nit break
dial tone. It started off that the customer called in and said that inbound callers could not press a digit to be
transferred to a user out of AA. But the IPO will not recognize any digits concerning the AA.

Power cycle the IPO.
Embedded VM can be a bit naughty like that.

I have rebooted the system multiple times. I have applied the latest 9.0.8 software. The only thing I know to do now
is replace the chassis.

Have you power cycled the IPO.
The other option is to remove the SD card and re-create it.

Im sure I recall a version of 9 that has bugs with DTMF tones too.
