Got a IP500 running V11 software and they are having a repeated issue whereby users cant access a HG mailbox, it keeps showing busy when no other users are accessing VM. The fault rectifies itself but will re occur a few days later, Ive checked and there is no congestion showing so its a mystery, anyone had an similar issues? System is running 11.0.0.0.0 build 849
