Embedded VM IP 500

Will the embedded vm allow you to put functions like dial 1 for ext 201, dial 2 for extension 202. Or will it let you direct extension transfer?

When our voicemail picks up, you can press any button and get no response. I know about the break *0 *1 *2 but was hoping to not use that.
